Sportscover Australia has signed a three-year extension and increased its level of sponsorship with Touch Football Australia (TFA).
As part of the new deal, which will take the partnership to three decades, Sportscover will become the naming rights partner of the Nest – TFA’s education and online learning portal.
The Global sports insurer will also integrate its content within TFA referee and coaching courses, as well as creating specific resources and education to volunteer committees and affiliated associations on a range of governance, risk mitigation and compliance matters.
TFA Chief Executive Officer, Jamie O’Connor, said the partnership is a mix of cash and contra.
“We’re thrilled to continue our long association with Sportscover from both an insurance and partnership perspective,” he said.
“This partnership is about protecting our most valuable asset, our people, both on and off the field and I’m looking forward to unlocking other ways through education and resources to give our people the tools they need to deliver our sport in the safest way possible.”
Sportscover will also assume lower back of jersey branding on the Australian Emus national team playing jerseys.
