Adidas and Team GB Reveal Traditional Uniform For 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games

Last week, Great Britain and Adidas unveiled Team Great Britain’s official uniform ahead of the 2032 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The uniform, characterised by their navy colour with red and white trim, reflects a traditional and understated approach.

Designed with a nod to British heritage, including the Union Jack placed on the left sleeve fo each uniform, the design aligns with a broader trend in sports apparel to avoid controversy while focusing on the athletes’ needs and national identity.

Adidas has also prepared white tracksuits for podium appearances, designed to complement the medals athletes will aim to win.

The uniform has drawn mixed reactions, with some praising the simplicity of the design and others deeming it uninspiring. Tom Daley and Olivia Breen, both veteran Olympians, have expressed their approval of the kits, highlighting the fresh feel and the motivational boost that well-designed sportswear can provide.

The partnership between Adidas and Team Great Britain reflects a commitment to heritage, comfort and functionality when it comes to sports attire.
