Genius Sports and FanDuel extend partnership to introduce cutting-edge NFL BetVision streaming solution

Genius Sports Limited has announced an expanded collaboration with FanDuel Group, United States’ leading sportsbook, to integrate its innovative BetVision streaming solution.

FanDuel is set to introduce BetVision as a key component of its premium NFL offering through the Genius Sports platform. In its capacity as the exclusive distributor of NFL Official League Data, Genius Sports will continue providing FanDuel with access to the league’s proprietary Next Gen Stats (NGS) data, along with the official sports betting data feed.

BetVision is designed to elevate the live NFL viewing experience for FanDuel customers on mobile and tablet devices within the FanDuel sportsbook app. By integrating BetVision into the FanDuel Sportsbook, fans will have the unique opportunity to watch select NFL games inside the app, featuring live stat tracking utilised by some of North America’s major broadcast and streaming partners.

Looking ahead, this collaboration opens the door for FanDuel to integrate additional key features of BetVision. These features include integrated betting odds, in-game betting alerts, data-driven enhancements and the ability to place live bets directly within the video player. Since its launch in September, BetVision has demonstrated its effectiveness in increasing in-game wagers, enhancing customer engagement, driving retention, and providing sportsbook customers with personalised options.

“As an Official Sports Betting Partner of the National Football League, we’re continuing to look for ways to elevate the betting experience on our platform for fans during every game,” said Mike Raffensperger, FanDuel’s Chief Commercial Officer.

“Partnering with Genius will allow us to pair our industry-leading product with access to BetVision to build a seamless live betting experience for fans.”

Mark Locke, CEO of Genius Sports, highlighted the collaboration’s significance.

“With heightened demand for greater personalisation and interactivity, BetVision revolutionises the live betting experience for FanDuel’s customers by helping to drive fan engagement and accelerate the growth of in-game betting,” Locke said.

This collaboration reflects the ongoing commitment of both Genius Sports and FanDuel to enhance the sports betting experience and cater to the evolving demands of fans in North America.
