A successful 12-month partnership between Tyrepower and the Perth Wildcats will see the Independent Tyre Retail extend its sponsorship of the NBL club for a further two years.
The extended partnership will see Tyrepower’s branding featured courtside at RAC Arena, with LED signage and floor decals.
With the Wildcats continuing to lead the NBL in all facets, including the largest membership base, highest game-day attendance and defending as Champions for the ninth time, it is an ideal opportunity to expand on a partnership with a fellow market leader.
Perth Wildcats CEO, Troy Georgiu, is pleased to have Tyrepower back on board.
“Like the Perth Wildcats, Tyrepower is a brand that has stood the test of time and is widely recognised as a leader in its field across Australia,” said Mr Georgiu.
“It’s exciting to have another great company back on board as we defend our title, and we’re very grateful for the support.”
Tyrepower Western Australia General Manager, Frank Murgia, is excited by the extension of their partnership.
“Tyrepower are very proud to extend our partnership for the next two years and are eager to support the Wildcats in their title defence.”
“Given the team’s on-court excellence and their emphasis on community engagement, continuing this partnership was a straight forward decision for Tyrepower, as we seek to align with organisations that embrace and support the West Australian community.”
The Wildcats first game for the 2019/20 NBL season will be against Melbourne United on October 5th at RAC Arena.
