WSL Partners With Gold Coast Based Property Development Group

Just days after the World Surf League (WSL) announced its partnership continuation with Oakberry, the league has revealed ‘S. & S. Projects’ will become its official property developer at the upcoming Boost Mobile Gold Coast Pro Challenger series event.

Established in 2015, ‘S. & S.  Projects’ is a property development group based in Coolangatta Gold Coast, which is also the home of the WSL’s Asia Pacific (APAC) office.

The group is expected to be integrated into the series through their attendance at the WSL community event function and via the WSL’s creation and display of branded S. & S. content at the event.

The content will highlight S. & S. Projects’ community involvement while also detailing their latest developments in the Rainbow Bay and Coolangatta area.

The group is currently working on several projects surrounding the competition zone, including the ‘Flow Residences’ which overlook Snapper Rocks.

WSL APAC general manager, Andrew Stark, said the league is looking forward to working with S. & S. Group.

“It’s great to have a local, community minded, company like S. & S.  Group on board for the upcoming Boost Mobile Gold Coast Pro Challenger Series event,” Stark said.

S & S. Projects director, Paul Gedoun, said the partnership is an opportunity for the developers to increase their community involvement.

“There’s something special about this pocket of the coast, and I am delighted to be getting involved with the community to support an event that is close to the heart of locals,” Gedoun said.

“We are very excited to be partnering with the WSL to bring a marquee event back to the southern Gold Coast,” he added.

The annual event takes place at the world-renowned Snapper Rocks in Rainbow Bay, Coolangatta and is expected to commence early May.

The WSL challenger series was recently renamed to the Boost Mobile Gold Coast Pro after the company expanded its partnership with the WSL.
