A professional Surf Ironwoman since the age of 16, Lizzie has plenty of athletic achievements, including representing Australia, competing in 9 professional series’ and consistently placing in the top 3 in the Nutri-Grain Series and the Summer of Surf Series. In 2023, Lizzie co-founded KaMana Community alongside Harriet Brown to empower female athletes, and have delivered over 75 workshops, educating over 1800 girls on body confidence, relationships with food, and menstrual health.
