The Western Bulldogs are extending an invitation to both members and fans to participate in the Whitten Stand Seat Plaque Recognition Campaign at Mission Whitten Oval, offering a unique opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.
For a tax-deductible contribution of $995, individuals can have a name of their choosing commemorated with a personalised seat plaque in the newly constructed Whitten Stand, which will be valid for five years.
Commenting on the initiative, Bulldogs supporter, Wil Anderson, said: “I remember as a kid standing here hoping I could just have a seat…now (there is) a seat with a plaque that has my name on it.”
“You do feel like, even though you were not a part of what has happened on-field, you have made some contribution.
“It’s not about having your name on a plaque or being a member of a particular group…it’s about the contribution I can make that will be valuable to the Club,” Anderson said.
All proceeds from this campaign will directly support the redevelopment of Mission Whitten Oval, reinforcing the club’s commitment to its community and enhancing the overll experience for fans and players alike.
