Title Partner For 2023 Australian Grand Prix Revealed

The Australian Grand Prix has announced that they’ve reunited with former sponsor, Rolex, as the title partner for the 2023 event at Albert Park Grand Prix circuit in Melbourne.

The Swiss watchmaker had previously been title partner of Formula 1’s annual trip down under between 2013 and 2020, before the 2021 event was cancelled due to CIOVID-19 and 2022 was partnered by Dutch brewing company, Heineken.

The return to this partnership will see the official event title become the Formula 1 Rolex Australia Grand Prix 2023.

Commenting on the deal, Australian Grand Prix Corporation CEO, Andrew Westacott, said: “Given the brand’s previous eight-year partnership with the Australian Grand Prix, we’re thrilled to welcome Rolex back as Title Partner for the Formula One Australian Grand Prix in 2023.”

“Rolex has long been synonymous with Formula One, and we look forward to partnering with such an iconic brand to create incredible experiences at Albert Park,” he said.

The Australian Grand Prix is the third round on the 2023 Formula 1 season and takes place on 2 April.

The new deal follows news that the Australian Grand Prix will remain in Melbourne until 2035.
