Sportradar has appointed a new managing director of APAC, Oscar Brodkin, who will be responsible for driving business strategies and developing partnerships in the region.
Previously, Brodkin was the director of intelligence and investigation, before moving to his most recent role as Sportradar’s managing director of risk intelligence.
Additionally, Brodkin will provide a wealth of experience and extensive networks in the sports betting, lottery and media industries, after working in diverse markets throughout Asia, including the Asian Football Confederation, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia Football Associations, and The Board of Control for Cricket in India.
Commenting on Brodkin, Sportradar chief commercial officer, Eduard Blonk, said: “Oscar’s in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Asian sports landscape and experience in building as well as nurturing relationships with leading sports organisations, make him well suited for this role.”

The announcement comes after Australian sports data and technology company, Interact Sport, which is owned by Sportradar, renewed its partnership with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), to continue delivering apps to increase fan engagement.
