She Hoops have announced that Jessica Goodluck, participation coordinator at Basketball Western Australia, has been selected as the 2025 recipient of the Seattle Storm x She Hoops Administration Fellowship.
The groundbreaking international learning opportunity was founded in 2024 and developed by She Hoops in partnership with WNBA franchise, Seattle Storm.
Commenting on Goodluck’s selection, head of women and girls Basketball Australia, Lauren Jackson AO OLY, said: “Jessie has given so much to basketball — as a player, mentor, and community leader,”
“Her passion for the game and her commitment to creating opportunities for others is exactly what this Fellowship is about,” Jackson said.
This Fellowship places one emerging Australian female administrator inside the operations of a leading WNBA franchise.

Goodluck will then deliver an impact project after returning, a tangible purpose-driven initiative grounded in her experiences in Seattle and aimed at improving outcomes for women and girls in Australian basketball.
Her background spans across grassroots and high-performance, and has consistently used her platform to advocate for inclusion, community leadership, and Indigenous engagement, where she was selected for her leadership potential and lifelong contribution to the sport.
