he South Sydney Rabbitohs have announced a partnership extension with Menulog until 2023, with the food delivery service to be the club’s official upper back and foody partner.

Menulog first signed on as the official foody partner of the Rabbitohs earlier this year and will now feature on the upper back of the club’s home and away jerseys, and alternative playing kits starting from the 2021 NRL season.

Rabbitohs CEO, Blake Solly, said the partnership had the potential to grow into a long-term deal from the very beginning.

“Over the 2020 season, Menulog have created a great connection with the Rabbitohs family,” Solly said.

“We’re really excited to be able to continue our partnership with one of the most active brands in the country.

“From the beginning of the partnership, we always knew that Menulog’s values and goals aligned with everything that the Rabbitohs stand for, and we are proud to continue to do more exciting things together for our members and fan base for at least the next three years,” he said.

Menulog marketing director, Simon Cheng, said the partnership will come with exclusive offers for Rabbitohs fans.

“We are proud to extend our support of the Rabbitohs after a successful first season with the iconic South Sydney team,” Cheng said.

“Ordering your favourite food while cheering on your footy team is a national pastime for many Australians, so to celebrate the partnership we are re-launching our fan-favourite deals, including the ‘Half-Off Half-Time’ promotion, giving fans 50% off Menulog orders at half-time when the Bunnies score in the first half.

“There’s no better teammate to have on our side than entertainment icon Snoop Dogg himself, and we can’t think of a better alignment with our Menulog brand ambassador also being a long-time fan of the South Sydney Rabbitohs,” he said, revealing Menulog ambassador Snoop Dogg had already received another Rabbitohs jersey by Menulog, with the brand featured on the back.
