The 2019 NBL champions the Perth Wildcats are continuing their success off the field, signing multiple long-term partnerships to secure the sustainability of the basketball franchise moving forward.
Internet service provider, Pentanet, will remain the club’s principal partner for a further two years, while West Australia’s P&N Bank has committed to a new three-year sponsorship agreement.
Now entering their eighth season in partnership, P&N Bank General Manager, Member Experience, Anna Pearce said the Bank was thrilled to increase its involvement with the Perth Wildcats by adopting a stronger brand presence with the P&N logo to feature on the front of the Perth Wildcats playing uniforms.
“As a prominent WA brand, P&N Bank is delighted to continue our very successful partnership with the Perth Wildcats, their Red Army fans and to see our support evolve with P&N to be proudly displayed on the teams’ playing apparel,” she said.
“We’re very much looking forward to the two organisations working together over the next three years to bring value to both the WA community and our respective members and customers.”
As Principal Partner, Pentanet’s logo will remain on the front of the Wildcats jersey when playing in front of the Red Army at RAC Arena.
“Pentanet is proud to once again partner with Perth Wildcats, and we look forward to another fantastic season alongside the team and their passionate Red Army,” Pentanet managing director, Stephen Cornish, said.
“The Wildcats are top of their game following the 2019 NBL championship win, which perfectly aligns with Pentanet’s commitment to excellence in delivering a better internet service for the people of Perth.
Pentanet is a Perth-based internet start-up delivering WA’s largest and fastest-growing fixed wireless network.
The ISP now covers home and businesses in over 80% of the Perth metropolitan area, from Mindarie in the north of Perth to Rockingham in the south.
Perth Wildcats CEO, Troy Georgiu, is thrilled with the partnership announcements.
“It’s great to see a partnership grow and, after eight years, it’s very pleasing to now have the P&N Bank logo featuring on the front of the Wildcats playing jersey,” he said
“We’re very thankful for their ongoing support and, through our shared values, I look forward to seeing this relationship continue to flourish into the next decade.”
Talking about Pentanet, Mr Georgiu said: “I’m very proud to be extending our relationship with an exciting, rapidly growing West Australian business,”
“Their passion for what they do and for the local community, and our shared values of inspiration and excellence make it a perfect alignment.”
