Destination Sport Appointed Official Tournament Travel Provider for NWC Sydney 2027

Destination Sport has been officially appointed as the Official Tournament Travel Provider for the Netball World Cup Sydney 2027.

Scheduled in Sydney from 25 August to 5 September 2027, the tournament will host sixteen competing teams, officials, and international guests. The travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, will be managed by Destination Sport Travel, operating from its Oceania headquarters in Sydney.

The tournament marks the third time Sydney has hosted the prestigious event. NWC2027 will introduce a new Cup and Plate competition structure, ensuring all teams continue competing throughout the tournament to enhance commercial value and fan engagement. Managing athlete and equipment logistics across this format requires specialised expertise.

Commenting on the announcement, head of Destination Sport Travel – Australia, Emma Wood, said: “We are delighted to be appointed as the Official Tournament Travel Provider for the Netball World Cup Sydney 2027.”
