The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have celebrated a significant commercial milestone, with the club’s 50–50 Charity Raffle delivering its largest-ever match-day prize pool at 4 Pines Park.
During the high-stakes ANZAC Round clash against the Parramatta Eels, the total pool reached a record $13,128, reflecting a powerful surge in fan generosity.
The initiative is a mechanical necessity for the club’s social responsibility framework, allowing the Sea Eagles to leverage major event attendance to generate non-football related revenue for community causes.
The raffle operates on a split model where half of the total proceeds are awarded to a single winner, while the remaining half supports the Sea Eagles Foundation and nominated charity partners.
“I think the 50-50 Raffle is a great way for our club to support various charity partners,” Attard said following the win.
