Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), a prominent player in global sport, entertainment, arts, and culture, has announced the renewal of Luis Campos as sports advisor for an additional five years, extending his term until 2030.
Campos, who initially joined QSI in June 2022 on a three-year contract, will continue to steer the sports strategy across QSI’s diverse portfolio.
Commenting on Campos’ renewal, chairman of QSI, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, said: “We are building our project for the long-term, and Luis has done a fantastic job over the past three years.
“The stability, purpose, and collective focus within our Group across all our assets are commendable, thanks in part to Luis’ contributions.
“We look forward to achieving further successes and realising our long-term goals,” Al-Khelaïfi said.
Campos, added: “I am delighted to extend my role to 2030. We have made significant strides in transforming our clubs and initiatives in the past three years, and I believe this is just the beginning.”

In his expanded role, Campos will oversee the sporting direction at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), including the men’s football team, and provide advice to SC Braga, QSI’s minority-owned club.
His responsibilities will also encompass scouting and recruitment, as well as identifying new multi-club football and talent investments for QSI.
Since Campos’ arrival, QSI has seen PSG achieve remarkable success, clinching three French Ligue 1 titles, one Coupe de France title, and three Trophée des Champions titles.
Notably, the club has advanced to the UEFA Champions League Final, Semi-Final, and Last-16 during this period, marking one of the most impressive records in European football.
QSI’s portfolio features the prestigious Paris Saint-Germain football club, the global professional padel tour Premier Padel, and the historical Portuguese football club SC Braga, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to transforming cultural and entertainment landscapes worldwide.
