The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have announced a new corporate partnership with Hitachi Cooling & Heating for the 2020 NRL season.
The deal will see Hitachi Cooling & Heating become the back of shorts sponsor for the Bulldogs, replacing CPE who held the spot for the 2019 NRL season.
Temperzone/Hitachi Cooling & Heating group brand manager, Damien Walsh, said he saw a real connection between Hitachi and the Bulldogs.
“Hitachi Cooling & Heating are proud to partner with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs,” Mr Walsh said.
“The partnership has many synergies with both brands having a rich heritage spanning decades and a reputation for being at the forefront in their respective fields.
“We were really impressed with the level of community support the club provides and we look forward to a great partnership ahead,” he said.
The Bulldogs chief executive, Andrew Hill, said he was delighted to be able to partner with such a strong consumer brand.
“It is important for the Bulldogs as a club to be able to partner with strong and successful brands and those that understand the importance of community,” Mr Hill said.
“Hitachi Cooling & Heating are a leader in their field and share the same aspirations as the Bulldogs in regard to setting high standards.
“We greatly appreciate their support and look forward to a successful partnership ahead,” he said.
This announcement comes off the back of an unsuccessful 2019 NRL season for the Bulldogs where they finished in 12th place, the same as the year before.
