Foxtel To Broadcast PGA Tour Of Australasia

The Foxtel Group has announced a new broadcast partnership that will see it broadcast the 2021/22 PGA Tour of Australasia on Foxtel and Kayo.

The partnership will see over one hundred hours of live golf coverage including the Australian PGA Championship and Vic Open, which will be shown live and free on Kayo Freebies.

Foxtel Group commercial director – sports, Rebecca McCloy, said this will be the first time Kayo will include golf action for free on the platform.

“All of the domestic golf bodies have come together to offer golf fans a complete package of events this summer and we are incredibly pleased to partner with them to showcase the entire schedule of Australian golf for the millions of subscribers watching sport on Foxtel and Kayo,” McCloy said.

“The Foxtel Group is already the number one destination to watch golf globally including the PGA Tour, the European Tour (DP World Tour), the Ryder Cup and all four Majors.

“Together with making two of the most popular Australian tournaments available free on Kayo, this new agreement is a great result for golf fans and our sports subscribers,” she said.

Included in the coverage from Foxtel will be the Fortinet Australian PGA Championship from 13-16 January, the TPS Victoria from 5-6 February, the Vic Open from 10-13 February, the TPS Murray River from 19-20 February, the TPS Sydney from 5-6 March, the TPS Hunter Valley from 12-13 March, the NZ Open from 31 March – 3 April, the NZ PGA on 10 April, the WA PGA from 23-24 April, and the QLD Open.
