New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has announced the renewal of its enduring partnership with Ford NZ, solidifying a collaboration that has been pivotal to New Zealand sport since 2009.

As the “Driving Force Behind New Zealand Cricket” and the Official Vehicle Provider, Ford NZ first joined forces with NZC sixteen years ago.

Its brand has become synonymous not only with the WHITE FERNS and BLACKCAPS, but also with the domestic 50-over men’s competition that now proudly bears its name.

Commenting on the partnership extension, marketing director of Ford New Zealand, Mathew Slade, said: “Ford is thrilled to announce our renewed three-year agreement with NZC,”

“This decision reflects the strong relationship we’ve built over the years, our dedication to NZC, and our passion for New Zealand sport.

“We are, without a doubt, some of the biggest fans,” Slade said.

NZC chief executive, Scott Weenink added: “Ford’s steadfast support has been crucial to our achievements, and we are incredibly pleased to continue this collaboration.”

“Their commitment to our national and domestic teams inspires us, and we look forward to reaching new heights together,” Weenink said.

This new three-year agreement ushers in an exciting era following the recent successes of both the men’s and women’s national teams, emphasizing a mutual commitment to excellence and community engagement.
