Last month Supercars announced a new naming rights partner in Cash Converters, and now they have confirmed that eight global brands have signed on to be part of the six-week online racing series this year.

The list includes various types of partnerships from official team entries, broadcast, digital assets, as well as sponsors for pole position and the qualifying show which will air online.

The 2021 Supercars E-Series sponsorship list:

  • BP
  • Shure
  • Pioneer DJ
  • Swyftx
  • Logitech
  • Shannons
  • Next Level Racing
  • Auckland Unlimited

Supercars senior partnerships manager at eSports, Mitch Kane, said: “We are really excited to have new brands on board for the first time and delighted to have brands re-sign again for 2021.”

“It is a testament to the Eseries to have such strong brands wanting to be part of the program which in 2020 was watched by fans around the globe.

“This year’s Eseries is the perfect mix of Supercars’ drivers and pro-gamers which is sure to appeal to our traditional fans while engaging new ones,” he said.

The new hybrid model this year is said to offer fans the perfect mix of Supercars main game drivers and elite sim racers.

This year’s model will consist of two Championships within the series: the All Stars (main game Supercars and Dunlop Super2 drivers) and the Pro Series (elite gamers representing Supercars teams and major brands).

The Cash Converters Supercars Eseries will take place on the iRacing platform, and will be broadcasted live on Fox Sports 506, Kayo, 7Plus, and Supercars’ Twitch, Facebook and YouTube channels.

The competition features a $26,500 prize pool for the Pro Gamer portion of the championship and $10,000 awarded to the series victor.
