Top NRL Commercial Partnerships This Week: Bulldogs, Storm And More

In a week filled with commercial partnerships in the NRL, here are some that you may have missed.

The Melbourne Storm have partnered with 2XU, with the brand signing on as the official compression partner of the club.

As part of the agreement, the Storm’s NRL team will wear 2XU at training and during matches.

Speaking on the announcement, Storm football operations manager, Ryan Hoffman, said it was a smart acquisition from the club.

“Selecting 2XU as the club’s official compression partner was an obvious choice,” Hoffman said.

“2XU provides high quality compression garments that focus on each aspect of our player’s week from preparation to performance to recovery,” he said.

Meanwhile the South Sydney Rabbitohs have announced Supply Aus have joined their business chamber as an official partner for 2021.

The company is a 100% indigenous company, specialising in PPE, workwear, uniform and office supplies.

Speaking on the announcement, Supply Aus CEO, Adam Williams said: “This sponsorship represents the growth of indigenous business within Australia, we hope to inspire other indigenous businesses on their own journey to showcase, how they can be successful and enjoy exposure on the national level.”

Elsewhere, and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have signed A-Civil as a partner in the Bulldog’s business club.

In a statement on social media, the Bulldogs said: “A-Civil are committed to being Australia’s leading civil works provider through their unique delivery model” and “will achieve this by being the employer of choice for our people and a partner of choice for our clients.”
