Ticketek Secures Exclusive Partnership With Motorpoint Arena Nottingham

TEG-owned event ticketing company, Ticketek, has inked an exclusive partnership with Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, making them the venue’s ticketing, marketing, and data analytics partner.

The deal will see Ticketek utilise their knowledge and existing relationships with Motorpoint Arena Nottingham’s current ticketing and customer teams, for the supply, installation, and support of ticketing systems and services.

The live event ticketing company will employ its ticketing technology, CRM, and marketing platforms, supported by its local client service, technical operations, and engineering teams to deliver a full-service solution.

Motorpoint Arena Nottingham currently holds over 150 live events per year across sports and entertainment.

Commenting on the partnership, TEG CEO, Geoff Jones, said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with the Motorpoint Arena team who share our belief that ticketing solutions must offer far more than just a transactional capability.”

Motorpoint Arena Nottingham CEO, Martin Ingham, added: “We have built a strong database of local and regional customers through our in-house ticketing operations over the past 11 years, but we believe that Ticketek’s incredible technology and data analytics platform will now enable us to market more effectively to our vast range of existing and potential customers and also offer them a world-class ticketing experience.”

“Ticketek has been very innovative in their design of the hybrid ticketing partnership that we have agreed which means that both parties bring their own extensive skills, experience and knowledge to the table,” he said.

This announcement comes after TEG’s acquisition of the FanPlus platform.
