Sea Eagles Partner With Aspen Pharmacare Australia

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have announced a partnership with Aspen Pharmacare Australia, that will see Aspen’s Zantac heartburn relief brand displayed on the back of Sea Eagles jerseys.

The deal will see the major over-the-counter pharmaceutical company, Aspen Pharmacare become a Senior Partner of the Sea Eagles and will take up the jersey spot for the remainder of the 2019 NRL season.

Aspen Asia Pacific CEO, Trevor Ziman, said this deal is a great opportunity to grow the reach of Zantac, while supporting the Sea Eagles.

“It’s exciting to be partnering with the Sea Eagles and to be able to showcase our Zantac heartburn relief brand across the back of the jerseys.

“We see this as a great opportunity to increase positive exposure and awareness of Zantac across millions of NRL fans and viewers across the country whilst it also provides us with a great opportunity to engage directly with hundreds of thousands of supporters of both the Manly Sea Eagles and visiting teams,” Mr Ziman said.

Sea Eagles director and interim CEO, Gary Wolman, said he is excited to welcome Aspen Pharmacare as a corporate partner and to work with them to support Zantac.

“Attracting one of Australia’s largest pharmaceutical companies to partner with us here at the Sea Eagles is something we are very proud of,” Mr Wolman said.

“We are very much looking forward to working with Trevor and his team and we are all excited to see our team run out with the Zantac branding across the back of the jerseys for the first time this weekend,” he said.

This announcement comes as the Sea Eagles currently sit in fifth place after nine games so far through the 2019 NRL season, following finishing second last in the 2018 NRL season.
