Fox Sports Extends Broadcast Partnership With The Asian Tour

Fox Sports has announced an extension to its broadcast partnership with the rapidly growing Asian Tour, which will feature  Cameron Smith live and exclusive on Fox Sports and Kayo Sports.

The deal sees Fox Sports obtain the exclusive broadcast rights to the governing body’s events in Australia, where they will provide coverage of the 2023 season.

The Foxtel Group recently extended its partnership with the PGA of Australia, Golf Australia and the WPGA Tour to showcase the best domestic golf tournaments its sports subscribers, which is currently over 2.8 million.

Several stars will also land on Australian courses, where tournaments will take place at the Vic Open (Feb 9-12), TPS Sydney (Feb 16-19) and TPS Hunter Valley (Feb 23-26).

The PIF Saudi International will kick the season off, starting February 2-5.

The extension keeps Fox Sports as  the home of  Australian golf, with their coverage already including the PGA TOUR, PGA Championship, The Masters, US Open, The Open, The Presidents Cup, LPGA and Ryder Cup.

The announcement comes after LIV Golf signed its first U.S. broadcast television and streaming agreement with the CW Network.
