The Dolphins have officially partnered with grooming brand Wahl in a new multi-year sponsorship agreement, marked by the unveiling of a mural at Suncorp Stadium. The artwork, positioned at the Caxton Street end of the stadium’s northern plaza, features foundation club captain Jesse Bromwich alongside Kenny Bromwich, Felise Kaufusi, and Mark Nicholls, recognizing the team’s early leadership.
As part of the deal, Wahl becomes the official grooming partner of the Dolphins, with branding featured on the sternum of the team’s game-day and training jerseys. The partnership will also include stadium signage, fan promotions, and home game activations to increase Wahl’s presence in the Australian sports market.
Dolphins CEO Terry Reader noted the alignment between the two organizations, stating:
“Wahl is a well-established global brand, and their commitment to quality and precision makes them a strong partner for the Dolphins. We look forward to working together.”
Wahl Managing Director ANZ Shaun Geddes sees the partnership as an opportunity to connect with a broader audience:
“Our products are already trusted by barbers, athletes, and everyday consumers, and this partnership allows us to engage directly with the Dolphins’ fanbase.”
This sponsorship marks Wahl’s first major entry into the Australian rugby league, expanding on its presence in other sporting partnerships.
