Aussie Start Up FAN+ Partners With NRL’s Men Of League

FAN+,  an athlete marketplace that allows sport and entertainment fans to access amazing experiences, has partnered with the NRL’s the Men of League Foundation.

The new partnership will help retired rugby league players create additional revenue streams as well as supporting the Men of League Foundation with a percentage of the proceeds helping to raise funds for the sporting bodies.

Whenever a Fan+ experience is purchased, 70% of the fee goes back to the athlete.

“One of the key objectives when starting Fan+ was to ensure that we gave back to the sporting community,” Fan+ CEO, Rod Harys said.

“For Fan+, the Men of League Foundation is the perfect fit and we are honoured to be working with the foundation.”

Former rugby league greats already offering experiences on Fan+ include, Eric Grothe, Brett Kenny, Ray Price, Steve Mortimer, Terry Lamb, Peter Wynn, Cliff Lyons and Beaver Menzies.

The Men of League Foundation provides assistance with everything from surgery, rehabilitation, equipment and specialist care to wellbeing visits to homes and hospitals to address social isolation and promote mental health.

FAN+ brokered an international deal with the Dallas Mavericks NBA team last year and fans can currently choose from around 200 experiences on the platform.
