SEN Teams Reinforces Leadership Structure with Key Executive Appointments

Sports Entertainment Network subsidiary SEN Teams has reinforced its leadership structure with the appointment of experienced sports administrator Blair Crouch as Executive General Manager of SEN Teams alongside the internal elevation of Rebecca Carter to General Manager of the Melbourne Mavericks.

Crouch brings more than twenty-five years of international experience spanning senior leadership positions across commercial, marketing, digital, strategy, and partnerships within prominent sports organisations such as the Melbourne Stars, Hockey Australia, the Australian Football League, Moonee Valley Racing Club, MKTG, Sweat, and Gemba.

Commencing his new tenure on October 19, Crouch will oversee the continued operational growth and strategic integration of SEN’s rapidly expanding portfolio of professional sporting clubs and properties.

Emphasising that both appointments reflect the robust long-term vision driving the enterprise forward, SEN Teams CEO, Richard Simkiss, said: “These are two incredibly important appointments for SEN Teams, and speak to the momentum we’re building across the business.”

The announcement coincides with the promotion of Rebecca Carter to lead the Melbourne Mavericks as General Manager following a successful period as Operations Manager.

Carter, a former elite athlete contracted to the Melbourne Renegades in the Women’s Big Bash League and the ACT Meteors in the Women’s National Cricket League, successfully guided the organisation through a complex player contracting period to deliver an effective recruitment and retention process across the national league. Her familiarity with high-performance environments and the broader Sports Entertainment Network ecosystem uniquely positions her to drive the next phase of growth for the Mavericks.
