Netball Victoria has announced the Melbourne Vixens have signed sporting apparel company, 2XU, as its official compression supplier for the next two Suncorp Super Netball seasons.

As part of the deal, 2XU will provide training and recovery kits for the Vixens, as well as discounts for Netball Victoria members for the next two years.

Netball Victoria business development manager, Aaron Bosse, said he is thrilled to announce 2XU as the club’s first new partner for 2021 ahead of the upcoming season.

“We’re a high performing team and a leading club across Suncorp Super Netball, so it was important that we’re aligning with brands that are industry leaders in their own field too,” Bosse said.

“As a long-standing compression brand known for their cutting-edge technologies and high-quality garments, 2XU was a natural fit for us.

“They currently supply a number of other high profile national teams in Australia, so we look forward to working with 2XU in gaining a further competitive edge leading into the 2021 season,” he said.

2XU chief commercial officer, Marc Boelen, said: “2XU and the Melbourne Vixens are two leaders in their fields, and we are excited to support the club to achieve continued success over the next two years.”
