Youi Secures Partnership with Cricket Australia for Big Bash Leagues and Five Franchises

Australian general insurance provider Youi has finalised a commercial partnership with Cricket Australia, becoming an Official Partner of both the Weber Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) and KFC Big Bash League (BBL).

The agreement extends across central league assets and individual franchise inventory, securing direct club sponsorships with five Big Bash teams: the Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, and Sydney Thunder.

Under the terms of the deal, Youi branding will feature on the playing apparel of the five partner clubs throughout the KFC BBL|16 season, as well as on all match umpire uniforms across both the WBBL and BBL competitions. The commercial agreement officially takes effect with the launch of the Weber WBBL|12 season on Thursday, 29 October 2026.

The partnership integrates Youi across central governing body operations, individual team commercial suites, and match-day infrastructure:

• League-Wide Placement: Official branding on all match official and umpire uniforms across all WBBL and BBL fixtures.
• Club Apparel Rights: On-kit placement across playing and training gear for five participating franchises.
• Fan & Community Activation: Dedicated match-day engagement initiatives, volunteer recognition programs, and grassroots community cricket activations across domestic markets.
