West Coast Eagles score second major sponsor

Online home loan platform Lendi has joined the West Coast Eagles as a co-major sponsor for the next three years.

Lendi is Australia’s number one home loan platform and uses smart technology to search loan products from more than 35 lenders and provide a shortlist of options suited to the individual’s circumstances.

Lendi will join long-standing partner Hungry Jack’s as a co-major sponsor and will feature on the club’s playing guernsey.

West Coast Eagles chief executive, Trevor Nisbett said the club was delighted to welcome Lendi to the club and looked forward to building the partnership.

“We’re thrilled to start a new chapter with such a fantastic Australian success story.”

“The support of corporate partners like Lendi ensures our club’s future,” Nisbett said.

“Building on the momentum from 2018, we look forward to another promising year ahead for the West Coast Eagles, with Lendi by our side.”

Kicking off in 2019, the three-year sponsorship with Lendi should extend its visibility, drive engagement and continue to build brand credibility.

David Hyman, managing director and co-founder of Lendi, commented: “Lendi is extremely proud to be a co-major sponsor of the West Coast Eagles Football Club.

“It’s a significant milestone for us.

“As our business continues to grow, so too does our desire to connect with the community through Australian sport.

“The AFL is an iconic code that reaches a broad and diverse audience, and this opportunity to connect with supporters greatly appeals to Lendi.”

“As one of the most renowned AFL teams, this sponsorship provides a springboard for us to engage with the Eagles’ 80,000 plus members around the country,” he said.

“We believe this will help Lendi become a household name as well as demonstrate our continued focus on customer engagement and growth.”

Lendi will become the fifth brand to adorn the jumper in what will be the club’s 33rd year.
