Australia’s leading online sports broadcast and distribution platform, Epicentre.tv, is securing additional revenue for sporting organisations within Australia through broadcast rights.

These deals are allowing organisations to produce content previously not possible due to limited budget and allowing them to secure additional revenue.

Epicentre.tv recently brokered a deal with Table Tennis Australia (TTA) by securing International distribution for the 2018 Nittaku-DHS National Championships for the first time in history via partner Sportradar.

This saw the four main playing courts distributed to the world’s leading bookmakers across the 6 days of competition.

The deal not only made the broadcast viable for TTA but also delivered their commercial partners with unprecedented exposure.

“When we were approached by Epicentre.tv with this opportunity we couldn’t believe our luck,” CEO – Table Tennis Australia, Scott Houston said.

“Live streaming our events has always been out of reach, however, this agreement will now open up various new revenue streams for our organisation.”

The company has delivered thousands of hours of live sporting broadcasts across a range of leading Australian sporting bodies and COO – Epicentre.tv, Luke Campbell believes the deal is a win for both athletes and organisations.

“It’s another huge win for Australian sport – these deals provide organisations like TTA with previously unattainable revenue to broadcast their events.”

“The deal not only provides additional reach for commercial partners but most importantly assists the athletes to gain exposure outside of major events such as the World Championships, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.”

Epicentre.tv’s production arm, Epicentre Broadcast Solutions, is the only company in Australia with the capabilities trusted to deliver the broadcasts to meet International Gaming regulations, ensuring these events aren’t open to match-fixing.

“We’ve been able to build a reputation as one of the best production and live streaming providers in the world.

“Our experience in delivering some of the biggest sporting broadcasts in the world ensures our clients receive the best solution available,” said Campbell.
