The Daily Aus, a media outlet targeting young Australians, this week announced the launch of a new daily sports newsletter.
The newsletter targets casual sports fans wanting to participate in the social conversation around sport.
In partnership with Deakin University, currently home to the world’s number 1 ranked sports science school, The Daily Aus’s Research has found that this segment are more interested in individual athletes than teams, connecting sports with pop culture elements like celebrity and fashion. They also seek more inclusivity in sports, particularly in Australia, where diverse populations are underrepresented in various sports.
The newsletter will launch on Monday May the 6th.
