The Tasmania National Basketball League club, the Tasmania JackJumpers, has announced a new partnership with Mega Rewards, introducing high-stakes fan activations designed to elevate the game-day experience across MyState Bank Arena and the Silverdome.
The collaboration features the newly launched Mega Rewards Half-Court Shot, giving registered fans the opportunity to step onto the court during match days and compete for significant cash prizes in front of capacity crowds.
In addition to the on-court shooting activation, the partnership encompasses exclusive VIP game-day experiences, providing selected winners and their guests with premium hospitality, behind-the-scenes access, and immersive entertainment throughout the competitive season.
Commenting on the partnership, JackJumpers CEO, Trent Jacobs, said: “Our fans are the heart and soul of the JackJumpers, and we’re always looking for new ways to enhance the game-day experience.”
“The Mega Rewards Half-Court Shot will bring excitement, anticipation and some incredible moments to MyState Bank Arena throughout the season,” Jacobs said.
Echoing these sentiments, Mega Rewards chief operating officer, Andrew Potter, noted that the alignment with the reigning Tasmanian sporting franchise represents a natural strategic fit for the rewards platform.
“The JackJumpers have built an incredible connection with their fans, and we’re thrilled to be part of that journey.”
“The Half-Court Shot gives everyday fans the chance to be part of the action and potentially win life-changing cash prizes.
“We can’t wait to see it come to life,” Potter said.
