Storm Group has entered into a two-year partnership with Send My Bag, an international shipping specialist, as they become an Official Partner of Melbourne Storm and a Premium Partner of Sunshine Coast Lightning.

Send My Bag operates in over 80 countries worldwide, tapping into the global market as a leader in international luggage shipping.

Expressing enthusiasm about the new partnership, founder and CEO of Send My Bag, Adam Ewart, said: “Following our successful collaboration with Storm Group in 2024, we’re thrilled to form our official partnership for the next two years.”

“This agreement strengthens our connection with two of Australia’s most outstanding sporting organisations, and we look forward to working with Melbourne Storm and Sunshine Coast Lightning to achieve our shared goals,” Edwart said.

Chief commercial officer at Storm Group, Daniel Cullinan, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Send My Bag as an official partner across Storm Group.”

“It’s fantastic to work with an international business that recognises the strength of our clubs and the opportunity to grow together.

“Several of our players and staff have already used Send My Bag’s services, and the feedback has been exceptional,” Cullinan added.

Their services encompass everything from excess baggage and sports equipment to large-scale relocation shipments, highlighting their versatility within the logistics sector.

Notably, their door-to-door shipping service is also accessible in the domestic Australian market, catering to a range of customer needs.

Send My Bag has proven to be a trusted resource for Australians, allowing individuals and families on the move to save significantly through their cost-effective personal effects and relocation services.

This established reputation has positioned Send My Bag as a reliable choice in the shipping industry.

The partnership will see the Send My Bag logo prominently displayed on the training apparel of Melbourne Storm, specifically on the sternum, as well as on the side panel of the Sunshine Coast Lightning dress.

Furthermore, the brand will be integrated into both clubs’ digital platforms and marketing initiatives, enhancing visibility across various channels.
