Stoiximan Acquires Greek Super League Naming Rights

Kaizen Gaming-owned Stoiximan has announced a partnership to become the major sponsor of Greece’s Super League Championship.

The partnership, which rebrands the tournament to the Stoiximan Super League until the 2024-2025 season, has created joint initiatives for fan experiences as well as the ‘connection of sports with social contribution’.

Deputy president of the board of directors of the Super League, Katia Koxenoglou, said she welcomes Stoiximan to the football family of the Super League, a strategic partner on many levels.

“The deal will include signage at the stadiums, television and online exposure, as well as a planning of actions ‘aimed at the common good,” Koxenoglou said.

Additionally, the league further explained how it wants to make the best use of the enormous potential of the most popular sport in its country.

“Following actions by Super League management and personally by the Chairman of the board of directors, Vangelis Marinakis, but also thanks to the unanimous decision of all the teams, Stoiximan is now the Major Sponsor of the Super League,” Koxenoglou added.

The league was formed on 16th July, 2006 and replaced Alpha Ethniki at the top of the Greek football league system.

In 2020, the Greek Super League signed a partnership with Interwetten, which saw the DACH bookmaker being named as the main sponsor and naming rights partner for the competition.

This was a three-year agreement, which saw the competition rebranded as the ‘Super League Interwetten’ with the betting company being integrated into the official league logo.
