St Kilda Football Club has appointed Michael Scott as its first-ever Chief Customer & Commercial Officer. In this position, Scott will oversee the club’s Consumer, Commercial, Marketing & Content, and Data Strategy teams. His mission is to drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement.
Scott’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at renowned brands like Rip Curl, McDonald’s, Virgin, Coles, Nike, and Sweat. His expertise in consumer engagement and data strategy makes him well-suited to enhance St Kilda’s commercial and marketing efforts.
“Mike is a highly accomplished executive with a proven track record,” said Chief Executive Officer Carl Dilena. “This new role reflects our commitment to unlocking the club’s potential. With Mike’s leadership, we’re confident in strengthening our financial position and delivering value to our members and partners.”

Scott will officially begin his role on February 3, 2025, marking the start of a new chapter for St Kilda Football Club.
