South East Melbourne Phoenix Partner With GOAT For Inaugural NBL Season

South East Melbourne Phoenix have announced GOAT Very Enjoyable Beer as the Official Beverage Partner for the clubs inaugural NBL season.

It has been revealed the partnership will also see the creation of new digital content, LED signage at Phoenix games and support at Phoenix corporate functions, working with the beer company, Mountain Goat.

South East Melbourne Phoenix GM, Tommy Greer, said he is excited for the Melbourne-based beer brand to become the latest partner for the new NBL club.

“We’re thrilled to have GOAT on board for our first NBL season.

“We are looking forward to working with them on a range of activities in and around our home games,” he said.

“Having a brand like GOAT on board is a big win for us as a club.

“We look forward to both growing our brand and presence in the Australian market,” Greer said.

Mountain Goat marketing manager, Marc Slater, said the business sees the partnership as a great opportunity for both Mountain Goat and the Phoenix to start the club’s introductory season off well.

“We’re excited to partner our new ‘GOAT – Very Enjoyable Beer’ with the Phoenix for NBL20, both new players on the block in 2019.

“We’re looking forward to an exciting inaugural season and celebrating with some very enjoyable beer (responsibly) along the way,” Mr Slater said.

This announcement will see GOAT join the Phoenix’s already announced corporate partners for the 2020 NBL season, Dreamstreet Lending, Tyrepower, Axis Performance, Europcar and CMS Australasia.
