The latest images of a stunning North Queensland Stadium have been released by the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure & Planning (DSDMIP), providing a thrilling glimpse into what the public can expect to see upon completion.

The $250 million stadium is due for completion prior to the 2020 NRL season, with construction well underway.

The 25,000 seat best-practice regional stadium will include state-of-the-art corporate facilities, permanent stands, permanent concessions and modern amenities.

The North Queensland Stadium is a joint project of the Queensland Government ($140 million), the Australian Government ($100 million), and Townsville City Council is supported by both the National Rugby League and the North Queensland Cowboys ($10 million).
