EN and SENTrack have secured the broadcast rights with the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) for this year’s Melbourne Cup Carnival.

SEN’s coverage of the Melbourne Cup Carnival racing event will be led by SEN chief sports caller, Gerard Whateley, and will appear across the SEN radio network, including 1116 SEN in Melbourne and across 10 SENTrack stations across Australia.

SEN chief commercial officer, Pat Moloughney, said SEN will provide racing fans with premium audio broadcast coverage of the ‘iconic’ event through SENTrack, Australia’s first independent thoroughbred, harness, and greyhound radio racing service.

“The excitement of this year’s Melbourne Cup Carnival will be like no other and we take it as a great privilege and honour to broadcast the history-making moments of this pinnacle in the annual racing calendar,” Moloughney said.

SEN also announced the event will be live streamed on the SEN website and SEN app, for any listeners unable to access any of the 10 SENTrack radio stations.
