Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has announced SENZ as the exclusive audio rights holders of the test series between England and New Zealand in June.

Ball by ball coverage will be accessible across multiple platforms in New Zealand and Australia, including SEN and SENZ’s radio networks and digital app streams.

Commenting on the announcement, SENZ content manager, Reuben Bradley, said the coverage will be a great outcome for New Zealand cricket fans.

“We’re thrilled to be able to bring more Test cricket to our audience around New Zealand and demonstrate SENZ’s commitment to cricket once again,” Bradley said.

“Playing England in England is always a special occasion, and even more so as we return to the scene of New Zealand’s greatest cricketing hour, Lord’s.

“Our world champion Blackcaps are eager to prove they are still the best in the world, and we can’t wait to bring that coverage to our listeners,” he said.

Adam Collins will lead the broadcast team, alongside former New Zealand Captain, Jeremy Coney, BBC commentator, Daniel Norcross, English broadcaster, Nikesh Rughani, and former New Zealand all-rounder, Craig McMillan, with the first test commencing at Lord’s Cricket Ground, on June 2.

The announcement comes after US basketball player Chris Paul and American football players Larry Fitzgerald and Kelvin Beachum invested in the Indian Premier League cricket side, Rajasthan Royals.
