The deal will see SEN will provide in-depth full match commentary for the Perth Wildcats, Sydney Kings, Adelaide 36ers and Tasmania JackJumpers.

SEN’s Western Australian channels will also produce a weekly analysis show dedicated to the Wildcats, while localised hosts will provide the commentary, allowing SEN’s coverage to have a greater depth and become targeted to each team.

Commenting on the announcement, SEN chief executive, Craig Hutchinson, said: “SEN is the home of sport and as the NBL continues to grow, so does our coverage. Each broadcast will be unique in its own way so whether you are a fan of the Wildcats, Kings, 36ers or the JackJumpers, SEN will have you covered.”

Host of SEN’s ‘The Run Home with Andy & Gazey’, Andrew Gaze, added: “Anticipation for the upcoming season is higher than ever, and it’s great that fans around the country will now be able to enjoy all the action live on SEN.”

The upcoming NBL season begins on 1 October.

The announcement will capitalise on the NBL’s growing popularity, while SEN have a business interest due to their ownership of the Perth Wildcats.
