SEN and LIV Golf Team Up for Comprehensive Coverage of Adelaide’s Inaugural Tournament

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has announced an exclusive partnership with LIV Golf ahead of its upcoming Adelaide tournament, providing national radio coverage across all three days of the inaugural Australian tournament.

The deal will see the LIV Gold channel feature SEN’s on-course team, who will be on the fairways of The Grange Gold Club showcasing all the action and excitement live on SEN Fanatic (DAB+), and the SEN app’s dedicated channel.

Additionally, the competition’s first-ever radio broadcast will provide listeners with exclusive behind-the-scenes access, including special insights and interviews, to some of the biggest names in golf, including Cameron Smith, Dustin Johnson, Brooks Koepka, and current league individual points leader, Charles Howell III.

Commenting on the partnership, SEN CEO, Craig Hutchinson, said: “We are excited to partner with LIV Golf and provide our listeners with comprehensive coverage of the upcoming Adelaide tournament.”

“SEN prides itself on being there for all of the big sporting moments in Australia and around the globe. I am excited about the weekend and the opportunity for SEN to deliver unparalleled coverage to our audience.

“We look forward to bringing our listeners all the action and providing insights and analysis throughout the tournament,” he said.

LIV Golf chief media officer, Will Staeger, added: “In keeping with the manner in which LIV Golf is revolutionising the presentation of the sport, our radio coverage partnership with SEN breaks new ground in live audio broadcasts of our competition for one of the biggest weeks Australian golf has seen.”

“LIV Golf is thrilled to push the bounds with SEN and bring incredible access for the widest possible audiences to the world’s first truly global golf league,” he said.

SEN’s LIV Gold Broadcast team will feature renowned personalities including Nick O’Hern, Pat Welsh, Mile Pfitzner, Gary Simpson, Mat Rogers, and Nick Dal Santo, providing comprehensive commentary throughout the historic weekend.

The network’s coverage of the final round of play on Sunday will air across Trans-Tasman airwaves, on SEN 1170am, SENQ 693am, and all 28 stations across the SENZ network.

This announcement comes after Seven secured the Adelaide tournament’s broadcast rights for its linear channels.
