Qatar Airways named Official Airline Partner of FIFA Club World Cup 2025™

FIFA partners with Qatar Airways, positioning the premium airline as the Official Airline Partner for the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup™.

As a multiple award-winning airline, Qatar Airways will share the spotlight with several top-tier brands during this landmark event in global football, and fans can anticipate exclusive experiences throughout the tournament.

Commenting on the partnership, FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, said: “We are eager to enhance our collaboration with Qatar Airways as we initiate this thrilling new venture with the FIFA Club World Cup – a momentous occasion for the footballing world.”

“Qatar Airways’ unwavering dedication to excellence and its ability to connect people globally make it the ideal partner for this extraordinary tournament, which unites 32 of the world’s premier clubs in a celebration like no other.

“For the first time, club football will bring the world together, and Qatar Airways will play a crucial role in facilitating this achievement,” Infantino said.

CEO of Qatar Airways Group, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al Meer, said: “This new agreement with FIFA signifies our commitment to partnering with the pinnacle of football to bring fans closer to the exhilarating action.”

“The involvement of Qatar Airways in this groundbreaking tournament transcends mere branding; we aim to enhance the fan experience and connect supporters through our extensive global network, which includes over 170 destinations and 11 gateways in the United States.

“We are honored to participate in uniting players, officials, and fans through the unifying power of football and international travel,” he said.

The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will host 32 elite clubs across 12 venues in the United States.

Adding to its efforts with FIFA, Qatar Airways is also a sponsor of participating clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain and FC Internazionale Milano, both of whom will commence their FIFA Club World Cup journeys in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 17, respectively.
