The Perth Wildcats and Perth Lynx have strengthened their long-standing relationship with Alinta Energy, announcing an extended partnership that reaffirms a shared commitment to community connection, fan experience, and the continued growth of basketball across Western Australia.

As a Gold Status Partner, Alinta Energy will feature prominently throughout the 2025–26 season at RAC Arena, home of the Wildcats, helping to deliver the famous Red Army atmosphere that makes game nights some of the most electrifying in Australian sport.

Perth Wildcats General Manager of Basketball Operations Danny Mills said the renewed partnership underscores both organisations’ commitment to excellence and engagement beyond the court.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with Alinta Energy and proud to carry that connection into another season.”

“Alinta’s commitment to basketball in this state helps us deliver for our fans on game night and ensures the Red Army experience continues to be one of the best in Australian sport,” Mills said.

Expanding Support to the Perth Lynx

Alinta Energy’s commitment now extends to the Perth Lynx, powering a landmark season as the team moves its home games to the Perth HPC, offering fans an enhanced venue experience.

As part of the deal, Alinta Energy will provide 70 tickets per game to community clubs, schools, and grassroots groups—continuing to champion inclusion and accessibility throughout the WA basketball community.

Welcoming the ongoing support, Perth Lynx general manager, Chris Earl, said: “We’re thrilled to continue our partnership with Alinta Energy, whose support has been instrumental in helping us grow the game and connect with our community.”

Their commitment to both the Lynx and Wildcats shows a genuine passion for WA basketball, and we’re excited to deliver another electrifying season together,” Earl said.
