Octagon Expands Rugby Presence with Acquisition

Octagon announced a major expansion of its global Rugby business with the acquisition of Prosport International’s Rugby division. The acquisition will bring prominent rugby agent Tom Negri on as the Head of Octagon Rugby. Tom Negri has been instrumental in the growth of Prosport’s Rugby division, and the organization is excited to begin this new chapter.

With the agreement, more than 20 Prosport Rugby clients, including stars Sebastian Negri and Simone Ferrari, will join the Octagon family. Barocas and Clifford Bloxham, SVP & Head of Octagon UK Talent and Properties, will lead the worldwide integration of Octagon’s presence in Rugby.
