North American esports organisation NRG has announced an expansion of its partnership with ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG), extending their collaboration to support both competitive operations and content production.
Under the renewed agreement, NRG athletes will be equipped with ASUS ROG’s gaming laptops, desktop PCs, and handheld devices. The hardware will be used during training and competition preparation, reinforcing a common model in esports where top-tier equipment is integrated into athlete performance systems.
Brandon Totora, Head of Sales and Partnerships at NRG, said the extension reflects a longstanding relationship. “ASUS has been an incredible partner over the years, and this expansion is a natural next step. By integrating ROG’s laptops and desktops into our ecosystem, we’re ensuring our players are equipped with the best tools possible,” he said.
In addition to its competitive use, ASUS ROG hardware will feature prominently across NRG’s content platforms. This includes integration into streaming events, original series, and activations with the organisation’s roster of content creators. The partnership aims to align product visibility with the organisation’s broader media and fan engagement strategy.
The move strengthens ASUS ROG’s position in the competitive gaming hardware market and highlights the continued relevance of hardware partnerships in esports business models, particularly in aligning brand exposure with performance and content delivery.
