New York Giants Announce Partnership With Grayscale Investments

Cryptocurrency asset manager, Grayscale Investments, have become the first cryptocurrency partner of a National Football League (NFL) team, partnering with the New York Giants.

The deal will see the company as a presenting home game sponsor, a supporting sponsor of Giants Training Camp, and a presenting sponsor of The Giants Foundation Golf Outing.

New York Giants chief commercial officer, Pete Guelli, said he is excited to partner with Grayscale saying they “are innovative leaders in the digital currency market.”

Grayscale Investments are a New York based company that specialises in the digital currency market, managing over USD$40 billion in assets making it the largest digital currency asset manager in the world.

Grayscale chief executive, Michael Sonnenshein, said: “Our partnership with the Giants is incredibly meaningful because our roots are in New York.”

New York Giants are the first NFL team to collaborate with a cryptocurrency company, joining NBA team, Miami Heat, and NHL team, Montreal Canadiens [sic] who have also partnered with other cryptocurrency organisations.
