Netball NSW Partners with Park on King to Streamline Travel in 2026

Netball NSW has announced a partnership with Park on King. The one-year agreement establishes the family-run parking provider as an Official Supply Partner, supporting the travel requirements of both the GIANTS Netball Suncorp Super Netball team and the state’s emerging talent pathway programs.

By providing secure and streamlined parking solutions near key transport hubs, the deal aims to reduce the operational friction associated with athlete and staff movement.

Streamlining the Performance Pathway

Commenting on the partnership, GIANTS executive general manager, Tim Underwood, said: “Travel is a significant part of what we do… having a trusted partner to support that journey is incredibly valuable.”

“Park on King will help ensure our athletes and staff can focus on performance, knowing their travel experience is seamless from start to finish,” Underwood said.

Noting that the business was built on accessibility, operations manager at Park on King, Mel Athanas, added: “We understand how important it is to make every journey to and from the game as seamless as possible.”

A primary focus of the collaboration is ensuring that logistics do not detract from on-court performance.

With regular travel a core component of the GIANTS’ season and Netball NSW’s talent programs, the partnership provides a reliable solution for:

  • Elite Travel: Seamless transitions for GIANTS Netball staff and players during away-game cycles.
  • Pathway Logistics: Support for junior representative teams traveling for national championships and interstate development fixtures.
  • Operational Ease: Guaranteed, secure parking to allow athletes to focus entirely on match preparation.

Park on King, which opened in 2018, is a family-run business that aligns with the community-centric values of Netball NSW.
