MR Roads Signs On as Dolphins Major Partner from 2026

The Dolphins have announced MR Roads as a Major Partner and the club’s Official Road Construction Partner.

The partnership will see the Queensland-owned, First Nations-certified business feature on the front of the Dolphins’ NRL playing shorts and the back of the club’s training shorts.

The agreement marks a branding milestone for MR Roads, which has rapidly emerged as one of the country’s fastest-growing civil infrastructure businesses.

Beyond branding and commercial visibility, MR Roads will play an active role in the Dolphins’ grassroots engagement strategy. The company will support the club’s Roadshow program, which delivers junior clinics, fan experiences and player visits into regional communities across the state.

Sharing how the partnership is built on shared values of growth, ambition and community impact, Dolphins CEO, Terry Reader, said: “Like the Dolphins, MR Roads has built a reputation for excellence, resilience and rapid growth.”

“Their brand on our playing and training apparel represents more than sponsorship — it’s about celebrating Queensland ambition and community,” Reader said.

Expressing how the partnership represents a defining step in the company’s journey and its commitment to creating pathways for people and communities, MR Roads co-founders, Daniel Mikus and James Rolph, added:“Our story began with a simple vision: to create opportunities, transform communities and leave a legacy for future generations.”

“Partnering with the Dolphins is a moment that brings together resilience, pride and ambition across Queensland,” Mikus said.

A Major Year of Growth for MR Roads

The business recently launched MR Roads Tech, an AI-driven platform designed to improve project delivery, worker safety and operational efficiency across civil construction projects. The company has also invested $20 million into a new sustainable asphalt facility in Maryborough, leveraging recycled materials to reduce environmental impact.

The sponsorship commences ahead of the 2026 NRL season.
