Online tutoring company, Cluey, has announced a partnership with Hockey Australia targeted at youth program, Hook In 2 Hockey.
Hook In 2 Hockey is aimed at under-tens, introducing them to the sport with foundational skills training and games.
The deal will initially run for one year, with Hockey Australia members receiving discounts for Cluey services.
Discussing the educational alignment created by the partnership, Hockey Australia CEO, David Pryles, said: “Apart from being an introduction to our sport, HookIn2Hockey is about developing fundamental motor skills, social skills and providing all the positives that come with physical activity.”
“Welcoming Cluey Learning into the Hockey Australia family will complement these benefits with the services Cluey Learning provides in educating children in a host of academic disciplines.”
“Both are vital in a young person’s growth and development, so we look forward to joining forces to grow the awareness and exposure of what Cluey Learning and Hookin2Hockey are all about,” he said.
Hockey Australia’s previous partnership announcement saw APM become a sponsor of the Hockeyroos.
