Gymnastics Australia has announced a partnership with customer engagement specialist company, EngageRM.
After a careful selection process, EngageRM was the best fit, with the company providing a world-leading integrity management solution, that will enable real-time complaint monitoring, to ensure safe participation for gymnasts at all levels.
Commenting on the partnership, EngageRM chief executive officer, Ned Coten, said: “Everyone at EngageRM is thrilled to be partnering with Gymnastics Australia as their CRM and data technology provider.”
Gymnastic Australia chief executive officer, Kitty Chiller AM, added, an investment in technology will deliver national synergies, efficiencies and data insights for members and clubs.
“More than ever before, sports are having to adapt their technology to support the needs and expectations of members and fans,” Chiller said.

Additionally, an improvement in technology will help Gymnastics Australia increase the sport’s engagement and participation at all levels, while also maximising the governing body’s relationships with various stakeholders.
